Our delicate little ballet dancers...aren't they sweet?

Just a note regarding your performance participation form, and your theatre fee, which were due Jan. 31st. If you were not able to turn it in due to the snow closures, you may turn it in any time this week! The performance participation form lets us know who is performing, and how you would like your child's name spelled in the program. Both very important!
The theatre fee helps us to pay for the Spokane theatre rental, wages for the theatre director and a light and sound crew, backstage managers, rentals or purchase of backdrops, rental or purchase of sets, cost of creating and printing programs, cost of music and neccessary compilation, wages for staff to choose and coordinate costumes...also including unpacking, sorting, and then preparing them to be passed out, solving costume crisis' (mostly due to late orders...yikes!), create letters of communication regarding performance, printing of letters and performances docs, postage for the same when neccessary, wages for rehearsal time for all staff, etc. etc. etc. Whew! This does not include the jelly belly treats or roses for all performers, they are a gift from Miss Janine. We are happy to say that we recently checked around, and found that our theatre fee is the lowest in Spokane. :) Thank you for getting your fees in on time!
If you have any questions, please see Janine, Susie, or Cheryl!
